Right of withdrawal (EU)
Under European Union law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. For reasons of hygiene and health protection, food supplements whose safety seal has been opened cannot be returned, unless they are defective.
How to return
To start a return, contact us at info@sonielsupply.com with your order number. Products must be returned unopened and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund is processed to the original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
Damaged or incorrect products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll replace or refund it at no additional cost.
