Soniel Supply

Terms & Conditions

Version: 1 September 2026

1. Scope and provider

These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all orders placed by consumers through the online store sonielsupply.com (the "Store"). The Store is operated by Ruben Ferreira, trading as SonielSupply, Goesdorf, L-9653, Luxembourg (see Legal Notice). A consumer is any natural person who enters into a transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession. Deviating terms of the customer are not recognised unless we expressly agree to them in writing.

2. Products

Our products are food supplements. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Product descriptions are provided for information and do not constitute medical advice; consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision.

3. Formation of contract

The presentation of products in the Store does not constitute a binding offer. By clicking the order button at the end of the checkout process you submit a binding offer to purchase the products in your cart. We confirm receipt of your order by automatic email; this acknowledgement does not yet constitute acceptance. The contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation or shipping confirmation by email, or when we dispatch the goods, whichever comes first. We reserve the right to decline an order, for example in the case of unavailability or suspected fraud; any payment already made will be refunded immediately. The contract text is stored by us and sent to you with the order confirmation. The contract language is English; translations are provided for your convenience.

4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are final prices in euros (EUR) and include the statutory value added tax applicable to the country of delivery. Shipping costs are shown separately before you place your order and are listed on our Shipping Policy page.

5. Payment

Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments. We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay, as well as further local methods shown at checkout. The purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract; your payment method is charged when the order is placed.

6. Delivery

We deliver to Germany and the other countries listed at checkout. Orders are shipped from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in Germany. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the delivery time is 2–5 working days for Germany and 3–6 working days for other EU countries after the contract is concluded and, where applicable, payment has been received. If a product is temporarily unavailable, we will inform you without delay and you may cancel the order free of charge. The risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to you upon delivery.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.

8. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods (or of the last item where goods are delivered separately). Details, the model withdrawal form and instructions are available on our Right of Withdrawal page.

Exception: pursuant to Art. 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been removed after delivery. This applies to food supplements whose protective seal has been opened. Unopened products with an intact seal can be returned in full.

9. Statutory warranty (liability for defects)

You are entitled to the statutory rights in case of defective goods, in particular the two-year legal guarantee of conformity (Directive (EU) 2019/771). If a product is defective or does not conform to the contract, you may request repair or replacement and, where applicable, a price reduction or termination of the contract. Please contact us at info@sonielsupply.com; we bear the cost of return shipping for defective goods. Voluntary guarantees we offer (such as our satisfaction guarantee) do not restrict your statutory rights.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under product liability law and for breach of any guarantee given. In the case of slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Any further liability is excluded. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

11. Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. We are, however, always happy to resolve any issue directly: info@sonielsupply.com.

12. Applicable law

These Terms and all contracts concluded under them are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence (Art. 6 Rome I Regulation).

13. Final provisions

Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
