Right of Withdrawal & Cancellation

Your Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason. This right is guaranteed by the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and applies to goods bought from our online store.

You may withdraw within 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.
Where your order is delivered in several parts, the 14-day period runs from the day you receive the last item.
You do not need to give any reason for your withdrawal.
Once we are notified of your decision, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.
Refunds are made using the same means of payment you used for the transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; no fees are charged for the refund itself.

We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal without delay.

Effects of Withdrawal & Returning the Goods

If you withdraw, you must send the goods back or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exception for sealed hygiene products

Under the Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery (for example, opened food supplements). This exception applies only to items whose protective seal has been broken. Unopened goods with their seal intact remain fully covered by your 14-day right of withdrawal and can be returned as described above.
